The January Vilbig Bass Club meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 10th, at 7:30 pm at Rick Huffman’s home. (2005 Pearl Ln.) Along with the regular agenda, we will vote for “Sportsman of the Year” and “Most Improved.” Plan the Tom & Beverly Root Awards Banquet We will also vote for any Rules/Bylaws changes, which are two proposed changes. #1. Remove the requirement to partner with a different partner in each draw tournament. CurrentSection 2. Tournament Pairings 3.) When a member draws another member, they have fished a draw pool tournament during that year. They will draw again. The Tournament Director will determine the process for the redraw. Every member will fish in every draw pool tournament with a different member. #2. Establish a consistent date for the Classic Tournament. Proposed Dates February; Classic to be held Saturday following the Awards Banquet.
If you cannot attend the meeting, you may vote via Proxy. Contact Rick Huffman to pick up a proxy ballot.
