The July ILA Meeting Minutes have been posted on the ILA Website lakevilbig.com. Log onto the website, go to Residents, then select Members Only. Next month's Board meeting will be on August 20, 2024.
What is the status of the person who trespassed on ILA property and destroyed the flora and fauna? Last I heard we are paying an attorney to help out with the situation. We, as homeowners, deserve a detailed update on how our money is being spent and how the Board is protecting our interests.
When will the Finance Committee be meeting again? The minutes indicated it would be the week of July 8, and I haven't been notified of anything yet.
