Park Committee Chairman Needed!

The ILA is seeking a volunteer to be the Park Committee Chairman.

The duties of the chairman are as follows:

Gate Code:

· Be the contact person to give out the code for access to the park.

Trailers:

· Issue trailer tags on new trailers and track changes in ownership on a spreadsheet.

· Notify the ILA Treasurer annually of updates for billing purposes.

Mowing:

· Communicate with Jonathan Kirk when the park needs mowing for special events.

Park Rental:

· Be the contact person for anyone who wants to rent the park for a personal event.

Security:

· Be the contact person for Steve Gonzales, who lives next to the park entrance, if there are any security issues.

Maintenance:

· Communicate with the board when maintenance issues need attention.
