Many hands do light work! On a windy and beautiful Saturday morning, a group of volunteers successfully dismantled two old docks at Cypress Cove Park. This project benefited two fellow ILA community members who had been dealing with dock issues for a long time. These large docks were impressively towed to the park by Tim Casbeer. A huge thanks to the volunteers who showed up to help out with this project: Mel Hodges, Tim Casbeer, Jay Young, Cecilia & Brad Dusek, Tim Downs, Joanne & Greg Hoffmann, Steve Dillon, Linda & John Mikalik, Rick Huffman, and Jason Davis. The parts from these old docks will be taken to the landfill next Saturday (April 1st) – please join us to help at the lake cleanup!
