Annual Meeting 2025

Several documents were recently mailed to the ILA membership, including the notice of the January Annual Meeting, the Membership Appearance/Absentee Proxy Vote for the Board of Directors, the Enforcement and Fine Policy, and the Rules of Lake Vilbig Fines and Fees Document. These documents have also been posted on the website under Residents, then Official Documents.

This is a reminder to return your signed Absentee Proxy/Ballot and Annual Dues Payment by January 8, even if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting. This will help us achieve the quorum required to hold the meeting.
