Mike Whitehurst, 70, of Lake Vilbig, Irving, TX, passed away from a massive heart attack on July 16, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 7, 2023.
Mike was born October 3, 1952, in Ardmore, OK. Mike is survived by his wife, Glinda Whitehurst, one daughter, Celia Roberts from Houston, TX, and one grandson, Jake Roberts.
Mike and Glinda met in 2000, and they were inseparable from the first day they met. They got married on December 12, 2012. Throughout his life, he was an incredibly successful entrepreneur, starting with the Dallas Tattoo Removal Clinic, and eventually getting medical patents and starting the Mibo Medical Group.
He enjoyed his life on Lake Vilbig, and he is especially known for inviting his lake community to his house on Halloween to enjoy fellowship and over a hundred hotdogs that he cooked and served. He loved being a grandfather and going to his grandson’s baseball games. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
